I am from overseas. I am very disappointed with the end product, despite paying 160 plus barbados dollars. Floral tribute was below a good standard. The florists didn't even share a photograph as I requested of the floral arrangement. Very poor communication. When I saw a photograph of the floral funeral tribute (from family members) the flowers looked dead, which caused me immense distress. The flowers were delivered the day before the funeral, despite my request to deliver on the morning of the funeral. The floral tribute I chose was not as pictured on their website. I wish I had used a more worthy florist. I will not be using them again. I do not recommend Nikko's creation.

What really sealed the deal for me was when I called to inquire of their services they were friendly and professional. I'm placing my order from New York and having someone to answer your concerns patiently about payment and delivery are very important.
